Land is an inseparable element of a real estate. This is a natural consequence of long and complicated process of the evolution of real estate ownership as a social institution. The inseparability of land lot from real estate is universally recognized. But unfortunately not in Ukraine. 

Real estate valuation

For many years we have been successfully practicing large-scale real estate valuations. Our projects portfolio includes buildings with areas of tens of thousands square meters located all over Ukraine. We valued factories, power stations, mines, office centres, cinemas and many other properties.

Making real estate price forecasts under financial crisis

The article is aimed at revealing dependence between main macroeconomic indices and real estate market dynamics in Ukraine. Special attention is also given to the use of artificial neural networks in real estate price forecasting.
